Self Esteem, 4 what it's worth

Aim
To raise self esteem and confidence of young people.

Objectives
To enable pupils to recognise personal skills and qualities in themselves and others.

To develop understanding of how to develop and maintain healthy relationships.

To challenge attitudes which may lead to behaviour harmful to health and relationships.

For pupils to put into practice building up and encouraging self esteem in their friends.


Teachers: “The delivery and different activities were very appropriate for the age group.”

Pupils: “It made me think about how I treat other people as well as how I’m treated.”

Pupils: “I can see what I really am and it’s good!”

Teachers: “It really helped to bond the group through shared activities.”
